Our monthly pork program is finally here!

How it all works:

Each month you will get a variety of unique, & delicious pork products. Each product you receive is handmade and created by us, using only our heritage hogs bred and fed on pasture. Our hogs eat an organic/vegetarian diet; consisting of wheat, alfalfa, kelp, sesame meal, peas, sorghum, oats, sprouted barley, apples, & pumpkins, as well as many other veggies from the garden. We do not feed corn, soy, or animal byproducts EVER! As well as NEVER giving growth hormones or antibiotics. Your “share” will include a minimum of 4.5-5.5 pounds of meat. Each month you will get new flavors of sausage.

The first subscription period will include these sausage varieties:

Al Pastor

(fire roasted guajillo, ancho, & arbol chiles + cilantro and grilled pineapple)

Miso soup

(white miso, shiitake mushroom, scallion)

Piccata

(white wine, capers, lemon)

Chorizo Verde

(fire roasted poblano, tomatillo, chipotle & serrano, cilantro, coconut vinegar)

Andouille

(garlic, thyme, pimenton)

Summer sausage

(three types)

⁃ pickled fresno chile w/ smoked goat cheese

⁃ pickled jalapeño w/ applewood smoked cheddar

⁃ double double ( everything listed above)

Tom Kha

(lemongrass, ginger, kefir lime, coconut, galangal)

Kimchi

( Korean chili flake, ginger, garlic, onion)

Spicy Maple

( maple, garlic, pimenton, cayenne)

Jerk

( allspice, habanero, thyme)

Beyond these delicious flavorful sausages you will also receive pork chops, t-bones, and more!

When you sign up for membership, it will be a six month commitment. To start out you will put down a deposit, this will be $120, this will be non refundable. Your deposit is basically the first and last months payment. It gives us the peace of mind knowing that you are committed, and gives you the peace of mind that you will be guaranteed to receive your share each month. The “deposit” will be due upon first delivery/pickup. For the remainder of the membership period you will pay $48 per month. This will average out your payment to $60 each month for the duration of the subscription period. As a csa member you will receive a minimum of $70-$75 worth of pork each month.

After signing up and reserving your spot you will decide if you want to pick up your csa at a pre determined location (tbd) or delivered to your home. There will be a $5 delivery fee that will be charged per delivery.

*Our delivery drivers will be volunteering their time so if you feel so inclined to tip them as well it surely would be greatly appreciated.
